盐,味精,醋,白糖,香油

工艺流程:
姜切成细粒

豇豆沸水入锅焯水(4分钟左右)

然后用冷水泡凉,取一部分切成段,其余的撕成两半,去掉中间的豆子

最后取小碗,调入姜粒,凉水,盐,味精,醋,一点点白糖,香油和匀即可

将调好的汁水均匀的倒在豇豆上即可

细节提示:
1 这其实就是姜汁豇豆,缠了一下而已,不会缠的或嫌麻烦的不缠也一样
2 焯水是关键,沸水下锅,4分钟左右起来,马上进冷水里透凉
3 撕豇豆是如果容易断的话那是因为焯水的时间不够
4 调味汁这里就不说了,多调几次就有灵感了
